Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We support a 30-day return and exchange service for all eligible products. Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package.
To be eligible for return, all items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original condition with all brand tags, labels, and packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For non-quality related returns, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer. For defective products, wrong items, or quality problems caused by our side, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide full refund, replacement or other after-sales solutions for you.
