Customs & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, processing fees or other related charges formulated by the destination country’s customs policy. These fees are not included in the product price and shipping fee, and shall be borne by the buyer.
Merivelle is not responsible for customs delays, customs detention, additional tariffs, or order returns caused by local customs regulations. We will actively provide official invoices, declaration documents and other supporting materials to assist customers with smooth customs clearance.
